On August 9, 2023, a working meeting of participants of the international energy education and training program "Changing Energy Landscape: New Energy Paths and Global Carbon Neutrality" with the management of the Russia-ASEAN Business Council was held at the headquarters of the Business Council in Moscow.

At the working meeting, leading specialists of large energy companies, business associations and research centers from the member countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations shared their impressions about the educational program, expressed their suggestions on the content of the program. The prospects of Russia's energy cooperation with the ASEAN member states were also discussed during the meeting.

The ttraining program is implemented on the basis of the Platform for Collective Energy Security of Russia and ASEAN with the support of the SPbGEU, the A.M.Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Foundation and the Russian Energy Agency (REA) of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
