Russia-ASEAN Business Council took part and became a partner of the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit-2018 (ASEAN Business & investment summit). ASEAN Business & investment summit is the largest regional business forum of ASEAN countries.
On the 13th of November, 2018, in Singapore (The Republic of Singapore), the Russia-ASEAN Business Council and the ASEAN Business Advisory Council signed the Road Map for the Development of Foreign Economic Cooperation. This document provides for active information exchange, the maintenance of contract and project activities, the encouragement of mutual investments, and the full cooperation of production and scientific and technical cooperation. Priorities identified areas such as energy, including green, engineering, forestry, transport, information and communication technologies, media, the digital economy, food and agriculture, finance and the banking sector, the development of cooperation between small and medium-sized businesses.

Conference dedicated to the 125th anniversary of Russia and Thailand Diplomatic Relations
The year 2022 will mark a significant milestone for Russia and Thailand. More than a century and a quarter ago the two nations decided to get engaged in friendly relations. To commemorate this significant date, MGIMO (Russia) and Thammasat University (Thailand) are conducting a joint conference on the history and current state of Russian-Thai relations. The event will be held on February 21-22 in a hybrid format.
